Former Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Professor Ghulam Azam said, "Civil war is a curse".
Amir Jamaat Dr.Shafiqur Rahman's Unequivocal Declaration: "Not Revenge, Forgiveness Is Welfare"
After 11 years, on August 5th, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's central office in Dhaka was given to the Amir of Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman's declaration "Not revenge, but welfare in forgiveness". (Source: Jamaat-e-Islami central mouthpiece Dainik Sangram, year 54, number 191, page: 1, column 7, date: 6, August, 2024).
BNP chief Begum Khaleda Zia said: "There will be no revenge if BNP comes to power". On the other hand, Mr. Abdus Samad Azad, the foreign minister of Awami League elected in the general election of 1996, said during his visit to the United States: "Jamaate-e-Islami is the political reality of Bangladesh".
Majority of the people of this country are followers of pacifist Islam whose ethnic name is Muslim which means pacifist. The state religion of this country is Islam. So, there is no room for unrest in this country. It is said in verse 56 of Al-Araf of the Holy Quran: 6 And do not corrupt the land after its correction and call upon Him with fear and hope. Surely Allah's mercy is near to the righteous. Tafseer Al-Bayan Do not create havoc in the world after peace and order have been established, and call upon Him with fear and hope, for Allah's mercy is (always) with those who do righteous deeds:Tafseer Taisirul.
It may be recalled that when Taliban authority took over power from the US forces in Afghanistan, we appealed to the Taliban government to refrain from any form of retaliation by quoting the following story: “After the conquest of Makkah, an old lady was running away with bags and baggage. Seeing her suffering, a big-hearted person helped the old woman by taking the load in his own hands and after delivering her to the destination, the old woman breathed a sigh of relief and said: "Allah has saved me from Muhammad". On the way back, the old woman asked the name of the helper and the helper replied: "I am Muhammad".
After that the old woman became happy and prayed for him in the court of Allah with all her heart. As far as is known, the Taliban never retaliated after taking power. It should be noted that Bangladesh is the main Qatari country engaged in the United Nations Peacekeeping Force to protect world peace. Bangladesh's pacifist foreign policy is: “Friendship to all and enmity to none”. It was a long-standing demand from our "World Peace Research Center" to the government to include this policy in the domestic policy of Bangladesh. The expectation of the World Peace Research Center, "Friendship to all and hatred to none" will be included in the domestic policy of Bangladesh under the future government, Inshallah. https://www.pinterest.com/ramzanctg60/dua-blessing-in-light-of-holy-quran-sunnah-1442/ وَمَا تَوْفِيقِي إِلَّا بِاللَّـهِ ۚ Wama tawfiqi illa billah.
200. O ye who believe! persevere in patience and constancy: vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper.

Patience is comfort in times of trouble
Patience is a virtue. Achieving this requires strong will power. Strong faith is also required. Because if a man does not have firmness, if he does not have a strong will, he cannot be patient.
The Prophet (PBUH) once said to some of the Ansar, 'And whoever is patient, He (Allah) keeps him patient. And who never wants to be forward-looking, Allah keeps him free from want. You will never be given anything more generous and beneficial than patience. (Bukhari, Hadith: 6470)
It is normal for people to face danger in the world. But the Most Merciful also forgives the sins of the believing servants for patience. On the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) and Abu Hurairah (RA), the Prophet (PBUH) said, 'Trouble, disease, anxiety, worry, trouble and trouble that come upon a Muslim, even the thorn that befalls him. In the body, through these, Allah forgives his sins. (Bukhari, Hadith: 5641)
